Why is wavearsLE not availlable on the App Store?

wavearsLE is currently beeing proofed by apple to be distributet over the App Store.

I have audio drop outs on wavearsLE. Why does this happen and what can I do?

This problem will occur more frequently with an iPhone. The iPhone is primarily a phone and so the operating system gives priority to phone related tasks that can occur sporadically. In these cases wavearsLE cannot perform the necessary processing fast enough causing audio drop-outs. wavearsLE can detect these problems and will try to compensate by lowering the processing complexity or in serious cases bypassing it. To enable this feature ensure the Auto-adjust slider switch in the Processing Complexity section of the settings page is set to on.

I receive an audio output error or audio processor error message. Why does this happen?

This could be for a number of reasons:

- 3rd Party applications can currently not play DRM files due to restrictions applied by Apple.
- There are currently problems with Apple's audio convertor on iPhone OS 2.1 and 2.2 so wavearsLE can only play wave files on those operating systems.

Why are there no cover flows available on wavearsLE?

wavearsLE has been developped to reach a sound quality never heard before. Therefore the focus is on the sound. 

Does wavearsLE not run in the background?

For the moment it is not possible to run wavearsLE along with other applications. This feature may be included with a future version.

Why does wavearsLE not play my DRM files I downloaded from the iTunes store? 

For the moment it is not possible to play these types of files. This might be possible with a future version.

Are there playlists, genres etc. available?

Yes playlists are available in the new version (running out April 30st, 2009)

What happens when I use wavearsLE with speakers?

wavearsLE is designed to be used with headphones. If you use the Player with speakers, you can turn off the wavears effect by touching the sonic emotion logo button.

How is wavearsLE synchronized?

When your first install wavearsLE, it is synchronized automatically. Whenever you do changes in your iPod music library, you need to restart wavearsLE and the library is synchronized again automatically.

I have no volume control on my old iPod touch?

Doubleclick on the home button and volume control appears.

Is video available on wavearsLE?

For the moment video does not exist on wavearsLE, this feature may be included with a future version.

How does wavearsLE work?

Other music players don't apply any audio enhancement apart from equalization - wavears does! Thats why it's simply better.
